After 2 years of reflection and preparatory work, we began the expansion work and the modernization of the Château Dalem buildings ( Following the expansion of the vineyard, 40 hectares to date )

While fully integrating the historic family buildings in the heart of the vineyard, we conceived a cellar that brings together both tradition and innovation :

- An underground barrel ageing cellar for a perfect mastery of the temperature and hygrometry

- A semi-circular vatting that accompanies the sun trajectory

- Panoramic tasting terrace……
